Husband received offer of QR 30,000 inclusive of housing, need info on cost of living

We are a couple moving to Qatar, husband has received an offer of 30,000 which includes housing allowance of 10,000. We are not big spenders, but do like to go out for movies, dinners, twice a year reasonable holidays, no fancy cars or lavish spending on luxury items.
My Questions:

A) Is this good enough salary for us to live on and save money?

B) We are looking to rent a furnished 1 BR Apartment good for a couple, close to Qatar Financial Center (maybe West Bay area), how much would that cost? [NOT looking for Villa nor a 2 BR Apt]

c)Which areas are good for expats to live close to the financial center and rent 1 Br Apt within a range of
QR5000 - 8000? Any website suggestions would be helpful.

Leader000...you are the classic bad agent who makes the rest of us suffer. katrinatobe CLEARLY states she wants a 1 bedroom, fully furnished, close to the QFC....how about reading the post before you answer??

Ok, there are 2 'nice' areas within reach of QFC. Firstly, the towers directly around the QFC in West Bay, though there aren't too many 1 beds. Ezdan Suites are the lower end of the scale, a long term contract for a one bed would be approx 9k. There's a new Al Jazi tower at 11k and a few other similar choices.

On The Pearl (10 minute drive) you can achieve a fully furnished one bed for 10-12,000 depending on the Tower.

30k should be fine if you're careful. The utility info from buttercup123 looks pretty good to me.

Hope that helps, and excuse the initial rant but nothing more annoying than someone not listening/reading properly!
