kabayan help on working visa

i new here in doha,about 2 months now and i got a job as a salesman in a mall. now the visa i had when i enter here is a business visa and before it expires the company transfer it to a working visa. i have a copy of it now but the main question is.. if im not yet having medical and finger printing, is the visa not yet stamped??? and second question is, would i be able to asked for an NOC to this company to transfer to another because the new company has a better salary offer...i hope that my questions are all clear and thank you for all your replies and helps.God bless!

is that possible to cancel my visa eventhough i havent got any visa stamp because i didnt go to any medical and finger printing procedure....what will i do?

i talked to my company, they wont give me an NOC and they said that if i want to back out and worked with another company here in qatar they said they will cancel my visa instead....what will happen to me now, if my visa will cancel i will ban here in qatar right?? what will i do now..please help...

thanks again carlo, im not yet been working with this company that im asking for an NOC, i do hope they give it..and another question...is it fair if they will ask me to pay them 6,000 riyals as what stated on offer letter that i signed?? but based on my on knowledge, i havent started any work on them and havent any visa right?? thanks again and God bless...

Actually the visa itself is 200 QR try to convince your company to give you NOC so that you can transfer to the other company just keep your finger cross because its purely its there discretion if they will give you NOC. Goodluck

thanks carlo, this company now who is in the process of giving me now a work visa is not yet decided to give me an NOC, they also said that i will pay for whatever expenses they shoulder because i already signed the offer letter they gave me. is is possible that i will pay for the visa that they shoulder, and if so do you know how much just to give me an idea? thanks again!

Yes its possible to transfer if company will give you NOC same thing happen to me before if fingerprint and medical is not yet done you can transfer automatically but still its the discretion of the company if they will release you. Goodluck

its still in the process as per what they say...thats the reason why we are not yet having medicl and finger printing..and i believe the visa copy we have is the temporary visa....is there really a temporary visa while your working visa in on process???

If theyve already transferred your visa on their sponsorship, you have a little chance to get a release dude..The best you could do now is to talk to them and try your luck..

@sniper66 - meaning that the company might not give an NOC eventhough we are not yet been working with them any single minute?? is that possible?? if thats the case well, how can i get an NOC from them which is the requirements that this new company that wants to hire me?? thanks for help man!

Yes if you haven't done the fingerprint and medical your visa is not yet stamped. NOC is still the employers discretion.
