Hi have just moved to Doha and work alot but looking to meet any Irish people for hanging out/shopping/seeing Doha and friendship. I have some days off and evenings too. I love it here but would like to fill my free time better.

Thanks for the comments I agree with you both as I do not usually go to another country and look for my own nationality but as I am finding it so difficult to persuade others here to socalise I know I can rely on Irish for a bit of craic lol thanks maybe il try the rugby club when I get my ID sorted .

Handy_eng. Your not Irish then. We like to enjoy our craic together and then mingle with the others.

Hair1985 the Rugby Club on a Friday is the spot. You have just missed the GAA teams end of season session but most Fridays in there are like that. Good luck

You do not need to seek for just Irish or others, since we all live in such a multi-national country, any activity or enjoyment might be shared with anybody who is trustable

Welcome to Qatar - second generation Irish here - but still Irish at heart.

Where to begin?

There are a fair few others. Presuming here (as we do) you are with Kentz?

We are liked here :-)

Have you been on the facebook link – ‘Is that an Irish accent? Hang on while I take my clothes off?

Get your *zz to the Irish Harp – full of others but your accent will stand you in good stead lol
