from where to get a DOT COM website

I want a domain ending with a DOT COM. I called QTEL but are offering the domain with DOT COM DOT QA. can anybody help?

and what if I need an Ampersand (&) sign in between? like www.test&test.com
is it possible?

U cannot use special characters in domain name,

pls check following site for

www.hostgator.com

www.lunarpages.com

www.2gbhosting.com

or cheap domain registration and hosting
