yeah i should be more specific. I am single but engaged and will likley get married end of this year. But no plan for kids for at least another year. I personally find compounds to be more family orientated. But was wondering generally how much difference are there on facilites between the 2.
Mate, it depends on your personal situation. With a family, compound life will generally suit you better, but if you're a single/couple then potentially a apartment with facilities will be a better. Question is too open....

Compounds offcourse.
Agreed with Lemaa
compound has lot of facilities and space for kids and elders to play around and pass quality time. I would prefer compound over flats.
Compound is always more safe but off course expensive than the villa/apartments.
Normally safety is not a big issue here in Qatar, as we didn't heard any such case.
