How long does transfer of visa take after both sponsors have signed the form
I have obtained sign from the sponsor who is taking me and also from the previous sponsor.My Visa expires on 26th June 2011 and i had already booked my tickets for vacation on 5th July 2011.Would i be able to complete the transfer within the coming 2 weeks before my vacation or do u think i should cancel my tickets and postpone the trip??Please advice
The PRO from the previous company asked me for my one months full salary including allowances.He said only after he gets the money he will proceed with the transfer.Therefore when my salary was issued he transferred to my bank account and then he asked me to cash it and give it back to him.I did as told and then i got the form signed from the new company and handed the paper to him along with the PCC.But now he says the sponsor is in vacation and i will have to wait for him to return.Now i am in a position where my ID expires on 26th June(next week) and i had booked flights for vacation with family on July 5th which will now have to be cancelled.There is also no proof of the fact that i paid him the money since he wanted it in cash.It is such a pity that my holidays are governed by some PRO's.
You must renew the visa for transferring.If your PRO is good you can get less than a week.

Renew the visa before you proceeding to transfer. Otherwise there are chances that immigration will return it. If its not a restricted visa (project)it wont take much time.
