CAR INSURANCE & REGISTRATION PROCESS

I have a Car 2009 Model, First Owner Camry 04 Cylinders.

1.)My Registration was Expired on the 09/06/2011

2.) I have a Radar Violation 03 Points.

3.) First 02 Years i had Taken Full insurance. (Doha Insurance)

4.) Now i want to have 03rd Party insurance.

5.) What is the Due Period after Expiration of the Registration/ Insurance.

6.) Please i need to Know the Process & how much will be the Cost for all this Process.

7.) I dont have time the Whole week to finish this Process, Can i Know some one Who can Help me to Solve my Problem.
