how can i get my Exit Permit Stamp

If the company can't use the online system then they will have to send a representative over to Immigration to arrange your exit permit - this is the process they used to follow before the online system became available. The only blacklist I'm aware of is for recruitment and companies are normally put on this for abuse of their staff and breaking the Labour Law. It certainly doesn't stop them arranging to send employees home with an exit permit!Sounds like the company wants to keep you working because they cannot replace you.  They are obliged to accept your resignation letter and once they have done that they are obliged to repatriate you within a few days after your resignation becomes effective.If they refuse to arrange your exit permit then you need to go to the Ministry of Labour ( http://tinyurl.com/6d8y9sg ) and file a complaint (you have nothing to lose at thie stage).  If that fails try the National Human rights Committee ( http://tinyurl.com/5sozfnx ).In my opinion refusing to repatriate a worker who has stated that they wish to go is an abuse of their human rights and can be regarded as human trafficking - there is a nasty word for that -- Slavery. Unfortunately too many abuses are swept under the carpet over here.Andy
