i have a combined line of electricity n water with my neighbour..i want to separate it from them.so plz can anyone tell me the whole procedure of separation?what should i do now?how should i apply?help me..!

no we dont have shared appartment...houses are seperate but we shared electricity n water supply with our neighbours.kindly tell us any solution of this problem.
