Getting emigration clearence

Hi Guys,

I came to qatar on visit visa and got an offer letter from a company.Now I am in my native contry India for getting a permanenet professional visa to work in qatar. It is.almost five weeks now since I submitted my papers for Visa in my company. They are telling that waiting for emigration clearence. Is it a long process to get emigration clearence for a professional visa in Qatar. Kindly give me an advise how long will it take to process my visa.

Is there any hope in waiting???. please advice since I am very new in a GCC country.

Getting approval for Indian Visa ussually takes 4-10 weeks. So you need not panic about it. Ask the PRO/HR for the update on the visa process. Few companies are able to get it done within 1 week . In which company you have got selected.
