You have to go to each embassy of the country that you will be visiting and apply for the visit visa.

I visited UAE recetly I am an accountant. You only have to pay AED 185 at the airport, get an iris scan and you are in with a 30 day visa. All other GCC courtries require you to get a visa before arrival.

You can get on arrival Visa in UAE airports if 1. You have completed 6 months in Qatar2. You are a professional like doctor, engineer, accountant etcI dont have idea about other GCC countries. It is better to contact the relevant embassies and the air lines for the latest information.
