Reputed Nissan/Infiniti Workshop
Hi,
The Nissan Service centre is getting awfully crowded these days and it looks like they're having too less staff to handle the volume of customers. They can't honour commitments anymore and I don't think they even care.
Leaving that aside,
Can anyone refer a good, reputed workshop for Nissan/Infiniti repairs in Qatar?
I'm looking for a good workshop that can do nearly as good a job as the service centre. There's a lot of Nissans in this country, surely there must be a good workshop somewhere!
I want to share my recent experience with Nissan / Infinity Salah Hamad Al Mana dealership its been my life's worst nightmare.
First they kept the car for 2 days and give me a huge estimate and told me parts are not available. I some how managed missing parts courier from UAE.
Afterwards they started the work and its been 18th day so far now still they cannot identify whats the problem.
They never call me to update me whats going on. At 17th day of car being with them they say parts i procured are faulty. After my arguements and discussion they say parts are okay but we are facing issue in air leakage while oil leage issue is fixed. I am facing so many problems with them i will never recommend to buy infinity cars in Qatar and never ever advise to go for car repair to dealership. Please pray i receive my car intake and they will not further loot me more.
And yes I'm referring to Salah Hamad Al Mana dealership.
Whatever you do, you'd be better off than going to the local Nissan dealership. They have become ridiculously incompetent lately, they're just looking for new ways to deceive you and squeeze money out of you.

Nothing????
Either nobody wants to help, or starting a car workshop is beginning to look like a lucrative business in Qatar :)
