it depends on what type of Cuisine you are going to offer. if you are opening a north indian restaurant you can bring someone like the one's u named, or you can see if there is any stage shows happening recently and arrange with the organizers, will reduce your cost.

Could be great best Idea. But you need some announcement & Advertising & invitation to gather the people.
