help with qtel bill

I have been paying qtel bills via doha bank. But I have noticed that qtel website did not update the outstanding amount even after I paid the bill this month. I checked my transactions log in Doha bank and it appears I have paid two months in advance now. I tried to call 111 but it is automated and no human is available to ask. How can I contact them?
Automated answering system of QTEL will give you options to chose. Listen carefully and press the number of your option or check the number to speak to an agent.
After calling 111, selecting language and choosing a billing option u must dial 0 for operator then u can verify ur account details. Sometimes it takes little time so don't b hopeless.
you can visit them, they have Qtel all over in qatar, if you can not, then keep trying on 111 .....
