Family Values and its rule in communities

Straight Arrow
By Straight Arrow

The community can be ressembled as a number of houses or buildings where people are living in them, these houses and buildings can stand against severe climate conditions unless the foundations are weak, family is ressembled as these foundations.

The children raised in a family can be either raised properly or not, some one might ask how can a family not raise their children properly?

The answer is simple, there is always a correct way to do things or incorrect way to do things, correct way will always bring benifits and incorrect way might bring bad results if there is no luck.

The values which family give to the children at an early age is like the water which you give to a seeded plant, and with good watering and care the seed will become a tree and you will get the fruits.

Below are some good family value links for you to see which one you are missing and which one you are weak in, enjoy:

I do not want to put an Islamic website for family values in Islam so that this become a religious topic, those who want to know more can simply google and find, my aim of this post is to benifit all of us.

you will see that there are religious families with propblems and other religious families with no problems.

Also there is none religious with no problems and other none religious families with problems.

If the world we are living in was problem and trouble free then it will be the heaven which we want to live in.

Wheres the moderator in all this, Yooohooo, dont you think you should take stuff off so that things are not heated? I also dont think the last three lines are appropriate for a healthy discussion in a forum where everyone have different beliefs.

by logic of religion... all people should be good... and there cannot be any1 bad... as no religion says to do bad things...my QLer... i donot agree to the point that families are the only source or good or bad influence on a child... family must be really good, bad in a bad neighbourhood the possibility of a child pickingup bad habits are as much as in a good neighbourhood a bad families child picking up few good habits..

As a parent of four teenagers I can tell you now - there is no right or wrong way to raise children. We all muddle through the best way we can - there is not a book written or a website yet that has the answer to raising children. We love them - we cherish them - we nurture them - we show them good manners and we teach them respect. After that they become their own people and we just hope that we have got some of  it right. If religion is so important - how come many families who are not religious; produce nice, well rounded, educated and  usefull members of society?

Humanity came first before religion. When it comes to a person's values though what our family taught us do contribute in who we are but our values are also greatly influence by others outside our homes and religion has nothing so great to do with this.that's why we have to respect each other whatever/whoever we believe in. If we will base everything in religion then people with different beliefs will never reach a common ground for understanding. There's more in this world to consider than religion. We need to open our minds to be able to see things in a deeper state. I do my own thing in my own way to heaven and I dont care whatever my religion is.. There's a huge difference between having an open mind and a hole in the head..

This Weinberg is a hell of a brain! 'For good people to do evil things, it takes religion.' Ha, ha, ha. This is the best I heard! I like it.

"With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion." Steven Weinberg, quoted in The New York Times, April 20, 1999

Religion was created to make 'bad' people 'better' people. Now that we are all good people, we don't need religion anymore.

"the purpose of a good religion is to make you a better person, respecting others, avoiding bashing words, letting you become generous and not miser, loyal to wife, loyal to your family never letting them down, not lieing, not cheating, being good to neighbours, being good to environment, speaking with others friendly, being open minded, discussing in a civilized"SA, I can be ALL of those as an atheist. I do not NEED a god to be a good person.

Religion is for your inner peace, the purpose of a good religion is to make you a better person, respecting others, avoiding bashing words, letting you become generous and not miser, loyal to wife, loyal to your family never letting them down, not lieing, not cheating, being good to neighbours, being good to environment, speaking with others friendly, being open minded, discussing in a civilized way,...etc.

The religion should make a believer better person, at the end many of us agree that there things called bad values and bad values.

Please do not comment my above comments in order not to divert or hijack the topic.

Let us share the good values, and how about if we start with a good value from each one here in QL, come on guys and put what you think of any good values for having good community and firstly good family.

SA, there is more to life than religion. You must learn to draw a line. Some discussions never need religion to enter them, and yet that is where you always end up.You were talking the other day about people being open minded. Try to see the world with your own open mind - not everyone is religious.

"I do not want to put an Islamic website for family values in Islam so that this become a religious topic"Then why even mention Islam at all. You have now opened this as a religious topic.
