Hi All

just want to ask what do i need to make my health card from HMC???

is it possible to go with Qatar ID and make health card or do need other doc???

if you'll gonna apply for health card from a clinic near your house, you also need to present a kahramaa bill stating that your address is near that clinic or the same area...

You need copy of your passport, photo, ID and your health centre reg. no. and QR 100.
