You just need to be ready with the documents.It would be much better if ur hubby ensures it from his PRO.

No if your Husband's VISA status is good, you will get Family VISA by submitting 3 months Bank statement of your hubby along with application
you can also come, as and when your hubby got an RP, by a Visit Visa and it can be extend up to 6 months. mean time you can arrange your family visa
