Hamad hospital

Hi, i need an advice.I am from Europa and will move to live in Qatar. I try to connect to Hamad hospital to the Rheumatology. I connect to the operator and when they transfer me to the Rheumatology the connection dropped down. If someone have an experience with Hamad hospital, I will be glad to write to me. Thanks!
Living locally I find it terrible to get connected to any of the Hamad's dept., I feel pity for you trying all the way from Europe, god bless you. Send email to the concerned dept., or customer service. We have another service provider - Qtel, you call the customer service, promptly they say every minute, " dear customer, your call is most important to us, all our agents are busy, continue to hold on......... and it goes on for minutes, other than music nothing is heard, again the same old message, god alone to save the callers. But try, goodluck.
Hamad Hospital's telephone system is very annoying- I was trying to call for an appointment last week and finally called Customer services as no one was picking up the phone on 5 different numbers!
