hello everyone, i was in qatar and came back after completing the tenure of 1 year, i didnt re new the visa and was in qatar till my grace period of 3 month, but did not complete the contract period, will i be able to come back after 6 month in visit visa? please do suggest me !!!
Without NOC is still 2 years waiting before you will be allowed to work for another company. Yes you can come on a family visit but if you are planning to change it to work - it is not possible.
thank you for the reply , but my company wont give NOC at any cost, so inst there any other way to be back on visit visa ?
Without NOC you can come back after 2 years
