I came to India on vacation from KSA.Now I am in Qatar on Business visit.Is it possible to get qatar work visa stamped on my passport if the KSA visa is not cancelled? If not after how much time i can get qatar work visa?

You can only get your Qatar RP upon cancellation of Saudi Visa. Further, being on a business visa is not illegal and in your case the best way now is to work on a business visa until you manage to cancel your saudi Ikama.

So, you did a runner from Saudi and are now here on an illegal visa.You can only be resident of one GCC country and it can take up to two years for your Saudi visa to be cancelled.You pretty much shot yourself in the foot.
