Employees need hel. Employer refuses to recognize Ramadan and other complaints.

A company in Qatar refuses to recognize Ramadan. The employees are not being paid overtime pay but are expected to work 13- 14 hours a day or be fired. Also the company has failed every month to pay the employees on the first of each month as contracted. Last month they were not paid until the 9 th day of the month. What can be done about this? Will the Labour Board help with these matters or are the employees in their own? Please can some one help?
