No Sponsorship Rules in Qatar?
I'm a field sales executive working in a Syrian company for two years now, with low, delay, and the worst part is installment salary basis, 50 QR, 100QR and so on... till they complete our monthly salary, how will you send that to your starving family?
They never give NOC to those who surrendered, I need job to support my children reason why I still stayed.
I believe that the " No sponsorship Law" can change the way bad non Qatari employer treating their worker.
complain to the labour departement with your documentation and proof of bank statement that the salary is not paid on time as agreed on the contract
No Sponsorship law is still as clear as squid's soup...Qatar is not the only country where you can make a living...My friend, leave qatar and find work some place else...
For the sake of your family who are depending on you for support, give this matter a good thought and take proper steps. In all job related complaints, it's always best to approach the right people and that means the Labor Dept. Present to them valid evidence and they'll contact your employer. You need to seek the assistance or advice of your embassy too. Don't try to take this up on your own alone.
better to leave the job and complain against such a riduculous employer, also search for some good job in some other country, this way it is not possible to work,
You should think first of sorting your personal problem than thinking of changing the Sponsorhip law in the country. If you are not getting paid on time it will better for you to talk to your Company Officials in a diplomatic way or if you are ready to lose your job then file a complaint in the Labour Department.
