why does my answer to a question not appear..? whats happening in qatar living i ve posted the answer thrice my points are inc but ans does not appear..!!!

Yesterday night I also tried lots of time, but fails, its Display Oooops, I think there Database Cant handle, or Poor hosting Provider! cant handle trafic.
