Advertising on QL

Anyone know how to advertise an item on QL now?
You get taken to the QL Advertising Rules page but after that there's no selection I can see that enables you to actually place an ad. You just end up back at the rules page.
I've missed the obvious before so maybe its happening again!
www.newinqatar.com doesn't really look like much to me!
Qatar Living is a lot better!

the IT people looking after qatarliving are very lazy and unprofessional. so it is expected. they deleted my ex account for no reason. I have contacted them dozens of times with no reply. how about thaT? ....
