Good Morning,

My Contract was for 2 years. I have completed more than a year and resigned. I didn't go for the paid annual vaccation of 21 days.

Do I have any right to ask and get that 21 days payment?

Is I am eligible for 1 year Service gratuity? Is it full 1 month payment?

Is the return ticket to India should be provided by the Comapny?

Please guide.......

If your contract specifically says that the company will shoulder your repatriation then they should. Bad news is if its not - you would have to fend for yourself. Try looking for it in your contract.

not if you work for government

you must work for 3 years before you get anything..

sad but true..

the clocks are ticking different working for the government as they don't follow their own laws. same as for working time during Ramadan they ask full hours work

Yes, since you have completed 1 year, you are eligible for 21 days for vacation pay and 21 days of gratuity (End of service Benefits) as minimum by the qatar labour law. Some companies pay 30 days. For the ticket, may be the company will ask you to pay.
