Fake Certificates

No need more knowledge to do the position of “PRODUCTION OPERATOR”, if anybody explain you about the job about this position, you can do within one day. But eligible of this position is minimum Diploma in Engineering. But the people working here they are no any qualification. But standard companies take care about these. But “Team Energy”, “SPIE oil & gas services”, “kvasir-group” and IRM offshore don’t check the certificate, and just Bio-Data selection and they check scan copy of certificate. if you don’t believe, you check with these companies, you can see more than 90% of fake peoples. Give the chance to qualified people and save Qatar oil and gas field.

ambrose, in case you have not noticed, this site is public...a LOt of people read it, they may not post, but they sure read it.You can be 100% sure that those you talk about will hear and see what you have said...and they can, if they want, find out exactely who you are.So you better be sure about what you claim.

I am not a person who peeps into sites for timepass and this information is not a humbug.  Actually a candidate should hold diploma certificate for offshore operation and maintenance, but the fact is these companies do not check the candidates while hiring them, if you still have doubt you can check it yourself and then come to a conclusion.  Again my point is not to blame the companies, but I hope this would serve as an eye-washer and that is the reason I shared this on this site and not for publicity.

As someone who works at a senior level in HR in the Qatar Oil and Gas industry, I would encourage readers to treat the OP's contribution as hearsay that has no basis in fact.

As with many unsubstantiated threads on the site, it has to be treated with an appropriate degree of scepticism.

ambrose, unless you have proof for this, and not 3rd or 2nd hand info from a friend etc. you are comitting slander...not a good thing to do. especially publicly.

Problem is   ZERO Accontability.

Nobody will ask you why you hired an unqualified person, so why not going for higher profitability by hiring a "PhD' holder for peanuts.

 I know also somebody who is working in qatar that has a fake documents....I believed that before you can have your visa you will ask to submit your authenticated documents but how this things happened....Qtar government and labor department should have the system to crack down all those perpetrators for the safety reasons.......

Yeah, I know this company already and I am aware that they do not check certificates. I had worked through this consultant until last year. Now I am working in Saudi ARAMCO, this is not the case here. This problem can be solved easily only if that particular concern takes the necessary action.  

I am shocked to know that people are working in Qatar with Fake Certificates. Because usually I have heard it is very strict in Qatar. Anyway it is a crime and if it is true I hope the government will take the necessary action. Same time I will try to take this problem Qatar petroleum ministry, but it would be better if the particular companies or consultants take the necessary action.      

I am not blaming the consultant or the company for this, actually they believe their employees. These people with fake certificates are not performing, but are actually surviving as a little bit of communication skill and basic field knowledge is enough to survive in Oil & Gas field, but the basic eligibility is diploma engineering for production and maintenance people. This is the case only in some companies whereas government companies like QP, Qatar Gas as well as RAS gas, Oxy, Shell Petroleum, Total gas, …etc completely verify their candidate’s certificates through endorsement. I am working in this field for more than 15 years so I know about all the companies. I came to know about this through my friend who was my college mate and is currently working in that particular company (he works with original certificates).  I am at present working in ADCO as production foreman with good package.

Especially if human resources department does not take the time to verify and obtain authentication.  It could normally happen in small businesses but I quite doubt in large conglomerates.  My concern now is not the 'fake certificates' but how you got such information.  There must be an insider disclosing information to an outsider which isn't morally right and a ground for dismissal.  I do hope, sir, you can substantiate your claim on this subject nevertheless the idea of your coming out in the open to divulge this information is far fetched.

How do you know that the people working in those companies have fake certificates? I hope this is not a case of sour graping.

Friends, it’s not like that. They do verify and also check with university HEC DEPARTMENT as well. They hired my uncle and cousin. Then they verified each and everything. One of the degrees was not attested by foreign office, they told them to make it verify within 10 days. Incase if they can’t provide it, they are not eligible for the job. The people who r working there, they know what they r doing.

From which country are they hiring people?...this is really something serious if people working in those company's only have fake certificates. How are they performing their duties if they are fake!!!
