Are you on a visit visa and with the same Passport? Your records if black listed will appear only when you apply for a work visa with the same Passport. Give a try and if rejected you will not a get a work visa. If you have a different Passport then issue will appear on finger print.
just have a try,you already came here without any problem .in the first place if you have a pending case maybe you should have been reprimanded in the immigration.
