Hi, Pls visit our Facebook site about Philippine properties you can buy while you are in Qatar. As low as P5k / month in prime areas around the metro. Incredibly easy terms. Good for rental income.Cheers!
what kind of land u want?my family have a fish pond in palawan a 15 hectars.and also my aunty is agent if u want near the beach.
You need to assign someone in the Phils to sign for you the documentations needed. Go to the Phil Embassy, get the "Special Power of Attorney" form, fill it up, and have it notarized there. There are real estate agents/brokers here in Qatar. They know better, or have this have this published in the Filipino Expat Group in this forum for more feedback
You won't be able to acquire a community tax certificate (ak.a. cedula) here at this is issued by a local government office. You don't have to prepare ITR since OFW salaries are non-taxable; unless you have an income-generating business in the Philippines then you need to pay taxes for those.Registering a tract of land to your name while you're overseas will be very cumbersome if not impossible. My advice is to do it yourself.
you can't do it while you are here.. you need to be there in the phil to sign important documents like deed of sale.. etc...
