Where to buy home theater systems (not ITB)

I want to build a home theater system but i dont know where to buy stuff.

I need an AVR, (Yamaha, Onkyo, Pioneer or Denon) and speakers. Any ideas where i could find one?

If your selling your system I might buy it if the price is good.
