Well i agree..  may be i said due to frustration and anger... sorry.. but for a structure engineer, such thing.. beyond thinking,  :(he can even find more.. or even i will say that he can find a job of foreman in some construction company.. if he had such a bad luck.. but Nanny for a male, and even qualified. A big No..this job is for females, who have high tolerance level, and she can understand a child far more then a man can... so leave that job to her. 

Maybe it would be more feasible for him to seek a job as a driver/handyman. 

Guess times are really tough...at least for some people! The good thing is the guy is still seeking out an honest way to earn,Alhamdullilah unlike the sudden rise in crooks and beggars around these days.

Surely not all male babysitters are potential pedophiles and not all female babysitters are not!Hope I make sense but pedophiles are both males and females(duh) so why assume the worst about a guy who wants to babysit to earn more money and not a woman who'd wanna do the same? Sexism at its worst!Anyways to the OP I don't know if its legal over here for you to babysit. It would I suppose depend on your visa,qualifications,etc so better check that out. All the best!

 POOR KID!i have nothing against baby sitting coz it's a decent job but in ur case, i believe that u can do more than that.the fact the u finished engineering...u got something in ur head! u just don't know how to apply it in the real world....so before jumping into any ridiculous action, think first on how u can use what's inside ur skull! don't give up too soon dude! u'll finally find what ur looking for that will suit ur qualification;)
