Hi Everyone,

I am currently in Qatar on visit visa under my brother's sponsorship. I am getting married here with my fiance. He is also working in Qatar. My visa is expiring in end of october. My questiond are:

1. After get married If he apply for my RP, will I get it? As I am on visa visa under my brother's ssponsorship?

2. And If I have to exit, Will I have to wait for 90 days to come back for my RP under my husband's sponsorship?

3. Is transfer of visit visa sponsorship possible?

Thanks in advance....

1. Your brother cannot apply for your RP on a visit visa. He should get a work visa for you.

2. Yes, you should wait another 90 days for applying another visit visaa

3. No. The answer to your second question  is applicable here.
