Is there any ban for after finish the medical test?

I would like to cancel my job with this company because many issues here, like salary delay(3 month), management issues.....

If i cancel this visa and come back in new comapany visa. is this possible?

May i need NOC from the last sponsor? (i am not completed finger & visa stambing
)

Current company needs to give you exit permit. Once you get that, you can leave and come back on new work visa. Even if you have done medical and fingerprint, as RP is not stamped, you are OK to leave and come back on new company work visa. No 2 year ban.
