overtime wages

hello everybody!!

overtime wages on a working day are calculated as 125%..i want to know,if anyone has worked overtime for 30mins,is the overtime wages calculated only for 30 mins or minimum of 1hour overtime should be paid,according to labour law?

IT DEPENDS ON HOW MANY HOURS YOU FILED AS OVERTIME.

IF YOU FILED ONLY 30 MINUTES, THEY WILL NOT PAY IT.
