My son has Indian Passport and works in USA on H1B Visa. His wife is Singapore Passport holder and works in USA on H1B Visa. They intend to visit us in Doha for one week.

I will apply for Visa for my son thru Immigration Department. For his wife, hope she will get Visa on arrival(Singapore is in Visa free countries) as she has Singapore passport?

Could there be any issue at arrival in Doha Airport?

If Singaporian passport is in the visa-on-arrival category, your son's wife will get visa-on-arrival and will just need to make that clear at the immigration counter and have with her a credit card to pay QR100 as the fees.
