Thanks man,

I have told to my manager that i have got an offer from Qatar and my visa is in process. He told me no issues but you wil have to serve the notice period of two months. at that time i did not say anything i am waiting for the visa to come once the visa will come i vi tell him that maximum i can serve the notice period of 1 month so please help me on this.  so first i am waiting for the Visa to come. i ahve one more Option to buy the notice period. but it may happen on the mutual Understaiding of each other.

Sha

My point of view

1) Put your papper only after getting to Visa

2) if you are friendly with current company HR or HOD please tell them the truth

3) if your visa application is rejected (not normaly happens) and you submitted your resignation letter , you may loose existing job also

4) check the following

do you will get any F&Fs benefit from your existing company- if not puit down your papper at any time and grab the golden opportunity

if yes, there should be an option for early resign, by paying proportionate Basic salary to the company

please check

Currently he is working in India,so there is no question arising for NOC

Dear Candidate

Please wait till you get the VISA, after you received copy of your Visa , put your papper and move to Qatar

Before moving to Qatar, please check whether you can SAVE (not earn)  double or atleast 150% of your current Take to home salary, other wise please not choose a job in Gulf countries, because life in Gulf countires are not much better (like a mechanical life) and having no job security. Once you want to settle your home country, Gulf experience is not counted by companies in India.

Dear friend, Basically they cannot issue a visa under your name as you still have a valid GCC permit. But you can make sure with the new employer/ PRO about the visa that they r going to give you. As everybody know that the main thing u have to get NOC from your current sponsor to change your visa to the new employer or u can come back with a new visa with the same NOC.  Good Luck!
