On Arrival Visa
Dear Friend,
My Brother left qatar before 2 months and his RP got cancelled at the same time. Now As a person can not go for employment before 2 years in Qatar, Please tell me in case if he has got the job offer in Dubai with a same field of what he was doing in Qatar ( Sales Executive), can he come back to qatar within these 2 years and get the visa up on arrival in Doha airport to visit his old clients
Yes, he can. but note u need to cross check with the Qatar Embassy that the profession Sales Exec. can get onarrival visa or not. some of professions are not able to get the on arrival visa. I used 2 come by onarrival but my dubai visa is in the profession of Programmer. All kinds of managers can get the onarrival visa ( I think except Accounts).

Yes he can, provided he left Qatar on a Final Exit Permit. If he left Qatar on a normal exit permit and he wants to come back, then he might be questioned at the Airport, but if cancelled his Qatar RP properly via a Final Exit, he should've no problem. One of my friend did this, and he now lives in Dubai, but he comes to Qatar frequently by On Arrival Visa
If he got a Residency Card - ID from DUBAI .. then he can come Qatar with no visa needed..As GCC and residents holding IDS can visit gulf countries freely
