How does a UK ex-pat write a will in Qatar?

I am a UK ex-pat living in Qatar. I own a property and a business in Doha. I also have a property and financial interests in the UK. What is the best way to write a will that is recognised in Qatar and the UK, but not subject to Sharia or Islamic law? Are there any solicitors who can help with this please? Many thanks.

Yes Rusty there are Western firms and Lawyers working in Doha, who may be able to help you. Just google a few firms. Last year Gulf times published a supplement of lawyers in Qatar. Damn can't remember any of their names. Do google I am sure you find a few names
