What is your position, role & responsibility, qualifications, years of experience. Salary is dependent on that. If this salary is more than what you getting and your savings greater - why not, it is good then. Moreover if you are unable to negotiate - nationality becomes an issue - so Sambs comment does not always apply (if you accept an offer then obviously you cannot complain later based on what others are earning for your job/role).
