The four wise men
This is gonna be a sensational managerial team (even though they aren't going to train anyone...) Go, Qatar, go!
THEY are four stalwarts of world football, each having carved a niche for himself. And when Qatar tries to put those heads together, it can only be for a dream project.
If things progress as planned, then England manager Fabio Capello, Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola, Serb Bora Milutinovic, who has taken five different sides to the World Cup, and former Dutch great Ronald de Boer will be the key members of an advisory committee for Qatar’s national teams, it has been learnt. While Capello, Milutinovic and De Boer are expected to be full-time members, Guardiola is likely to work as a visiting consultant.

well said gtrman.....no amount of fancy name managers/consultants will make up for a lack of passion and talent.....its their money they can waste it as they see fit
then what? cheez... why dont they get it in their heads... football needs passion and LOCAL NATIONAL talent nurtured from a young age...not some fancy names on hired players and even fancier coaches.... pffff...!!!
It's totally obvious they aren't going to have four people managing the national team for goodness sake.
But look what happens when clubs get 'Director of Football' roles in. It just doesn't work. This proposal is no different. Doomed to failure.
This is what happens when you comment without actually reading the full story. It doesn't mean four people are going to coach the national team. Jeez. They're going to head a committee which would advice the federation about the development of the national sides.
I personally think it's a nice idea and I'm fairly sure they will indeed come to Qatar. Let's see, only time will tell!
Too many cooks spoil the broth.
What a load of rubbish. It's been proven time and time again in football that having several 'managers' just doesn't work. An utterly ludicrous idea and doomed to failure, not that those four guys would all come here anyway.
