What are the required documents for a visa on arrival in Qatar?
Will I be allowed for a visa on arrival in Qatar with the ff documents? 1)UAE Residence permit: husband's visa(housewife) valid til 2013; 2) Salary Certificate (EmiratesNBD) as proof of being employed by the bank &/or Staff ID; 3)Return ticket to Dubai. I couldn't go to the Qatar Consulate office in Dubai as I am working from 8am-4pm and they open from 8am-2pm. I tried the phone number written online but nobody has ever picked up. Kindly help out. Thanks so much.
As rightly stated by cheekylady, it would be best to start with your own company PRO... That would be the easiest and best source to get more relaed info..
Check with your company PRO, but from what I know you need a copy of your husband's passport and RP along with his letter saying that he is aware you are travelling and doesn't mind you obtaining visa on arrival.
This is in addition to the other documents mentioned by the person who commented before me.
With the existing housewife visa You can only obtain a Visa on Arrival if you are travelling along with your spouse and provided your husband's designation on the residency visa is among the 188 professional categories declared by the immigration of Qatar.
Passport with valid GCC residency visa is the only document required for obtaining visa on arrival. However you must have either a credit card or QR5000/- in cash. This will be asked upon arrival at the immigration counter. Visa fees is only QR 100/-
Your other options to obtain a visa for Qatar is to either apply from the Qatar Consulate located in Mankhool, Bur Dubai or to organise it through a hotel in Qatar. This will depend on where and for how many days you intend to stay in Qatar.
Hope this helps and should you require any further info please feel free to contact me and i shall be more than happy to assist.
