Can any one let us know why Al Rafa Poly Clinic (opposite Home Center - Musherib)has been closed for unusually long period of time (more than one month)

What I heard is when SCH came there for inspection, cleanliness was an issue but important was licence issues for few doctors and nurses. Doctors and nurses didn't have SCH licence and they were practicing,so it is closed by the authority.
