please let me know easy way to get a visit visa for my office mate she is working in dubai as electrical engineer, and my second question if she get a job here here did visit visa can be converted in emplyment visa
becouse she will resign in dubai and will come here by visit to search a job.....

you can try the travel agencies for her visit visa here in qatar . But then, she needs to show a return ticket to her home country since she is under work visa in Dubai which definitely will be cancelled once she resigned.

OFFICEMATE? To be an officemate, you should work in the same company, same department. There is no such thing as officemate that is working in a different place at the same time.... There is something fishy about it...
she can go here as visit visa and yes it can be converted to working visa after she gets a job here. goodluck!
