Visa should be cancelled on final exit?

I got a job in UAE and I am leaving from Qatar by Final Eixt.My question is,
My visa should get the cancelled stamp in my passport even it expires on one week?

As per new information, if anyone exit from qatar and visa expire from outside qatar or exceeded stay more than 6 months will be disqualified to work in GCC countries(may be for 2 years),that means if you want to work within GCC you must cancel your present visa.
If your visa expire from qatar and you want to go out from qatar either you have to renew your visa or cancel the visa, otherwise you cant obtain exit permit.
