Well i hope your friend knows good and bad of his better then you, more over , same thing happened once here with my friend, i simply let him go.

Get his girl friend's contact no. and come to know what the real problem is !!! then think of advising your friend and sort out the matter. Advising your friend without knowing the actual problem, or just by hearing your friend's side alone, you cannot give him a proper guidance.

Inshallah,try and talk to him at a time you know he will most likely to pay better attention and try your best to convince him. Perhaps you can ask another party to also do the same..maybe someone he will listen better to but if all efforts fail then leave him to handle his own affairs. 1st try to make your friend affair here in doha take him to Ramada disco and let him enjoy and make affair, he will automaticly forget his past and start his new life here if he have a girl friend thats what i think.
