VISA TRANSFER DOCUMENTS IF HE GO OUTSIDE DOHA AND COMEBACK, THE NEW COMPANY CAN DIRECTLY SPONSOR HIM OR NOT? IF ITS POSSIBLE, CAN HE DO THAT WITHOUT THE APPROVAL FROM THE OLD SPONSOR?

if he go back to his country he have to come after 2 years and hso sort it out from here in immigration
