I am on husband's sponsorship here and has RP. got a job offer from a company.do i have to go to native to change to work permit ? and will the QID be the same after transfer?

Beware - you are giving up a lot of personal rights and freedoms if you choose to relinquish your husbands sponsorship in favour of a company sponsorship - if the job doesnt work out for whatever reason for example then you will need to ask the company for an NOC to return to your husbands sponsorship - they are under NO obligation to give that to you. If they dont, you may very well be out of the country until you requalify to enter.

why do u want to change your sponsorship while u can work under husband's sponsor unless u choose to transfer in your company?
