Wifes RP process - Bank Statement Requirement

Hi,

I am a british man who has been in Qatar for 2 months. I have had my RP now for a couple of weeks and last week opened a bank account with QNB.

My wife is here with me and has been on a visa on arrival.

My company started my wifes PR process once I had mine however they have been notified that it cannot be processed as they require 6 months bank statements from a local bank. I provided statements from my UK account, however they will not accept this.

This means that we must now wait another 6 months before we can get her RP started and probably 8 months before she can start working.

Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have any advice.

Thanks.

S.

6 Months is not needed , it will work for 2 month also , i try the same for one of my company PRO, but you need letter from your company that you have salary , i mean salary certificate , that's all , just try , it will work , believe me ,

Kindly get the original bank statement [it should be from Qatar]. Also, get a certificate from the bank stating the account is opened on ..... date and submit it to the concerned department. Your application should go through without any problem.

gets accredited in the bank. Get a bank certificate together with the company certificate that it's a salary account and that will be accepted in your application for your wife. Good luck!
