How to Make Apple Account without credit card?

Could u please someone help me how to make An Apple id without Credit Card. As i do not have. I Already maked an Apple id And After Creating finished it can't use it Asks credit card Details. So i can't download even Any free Applications without Apple id. is it possible to download free applications after jailbreak? i have ipod touch 4th generation. if someone has any idea help me please.Thanks.

Hello,

Just connect your device to your PC/MAC and click download on any free application from iTune store. Than it will ask for login or create new account. Choose create new account there you will find option as FREE.

Yes you can create an account and download free apps even without credit card only if your phone is not jail broken.
