I need advice from banks’employees. I got an offer from a bank in Qatar, and when they send to me the offer they excludes the educational and furniture allowances, according to the bank’s policy these allowances to be included in the labor contract. Is that common in Qatar? Please advice.

one more advise. What is the average salary for bank’s employees for the first line manger with 14 years experience, I know its varying according to the field, however there is always average.
