Anyone using Dynasat DSR 1020 receiver?

I am having a c band and Nilesat dish which was working fairly till last week.Due to satellite change for Malayalam channels I was advised to change my receiver from Startrack to dynasat (DSR 1020).After using Dynasat receiver the picture clarity is not good & is slighlty blured .Our nilesat dish is also connect to this but we are not getting the nilesat channels. it is informed that we will not get nilesat channels now ownwards.Is it true?
Did anyone face this problem?.
